Feast in the Kitchen is a culinary class in Bridgehampton for kids (10+), teens, and adults where students learn to make cuisine from around the world from scratch by our master chefs.
In this hands on culinary class students will learn a variety of cooking techniques and how to independently make recipes from Italy, France, and Spain. Classes are led by the master chef Pagano (teacher at the Institute of Culinary Education). Our culinary classes will bring out your love of cooking as you create new culinary projects with your fellow aspiring chefs.

MONDAY, July 8
PASTA WORKSHOP - You will learn the secrets to making delicious, artisan Italian pasta from scratch, and create a Bolognese sauce.
TUESDAY, July 9
NEAPOLITAN PIZZA - Learn to make pizza from scratch using only the finest ingredients. You will learn all of the secrets and subtleties in creating an authentic, Neapolitan pizza.
WEDNESDAY, July 10
SPANISH PAELLA - Learn to create this famous Spanish dish from Valencia, Spain, favorite known for its golden saffron, fresh seafood and textured vegetables.
THURSDAY, July 11
PESTO FROM SCRATCH & THE ART OF TIRAMISU - Learn to create pesto from scratch using ingredients local farms, and later enjoy with delicious pasta. We will also learn to create tiramisu, step-by-step, so you will finish class both knowledgeable and inspired!
FRIDAY, July 12
RUSTIC ITALIAN - Pasta al Tonno (fresh tuna and delicious pasta, tomatoes, olives, capers, and more). Greens from local farms w/shaved fennel, goat cheese, walnuts, aged balsamic.
