SESSION II - JULY 15 - 19 (Ceramics, Guitar, Dance, Jazz Workshop/Music)

EXPLORE CERAMICS: Learn to create using clay using using handbuilding techniques and the potter’s wheel. Your work will later be fired in our kiln. Bridgehampton, July 8-12, July 15-19, 5-6 pm, $495/Week

GUITAR CLASS: Learn to play the guitar, read music, harmony, improv, and songs from a variety of styles of music. Bridgehampton, July 8-12, July 15-19, 3-5 pm, $495/Week

DANCE INTENSIVE: Beginner-Advanced students are welcome in this class which will explore dance styles such as jazz, hip-hop, and commercial. Bridgehampton, July 15-19, 5-6 pm, $495/Week

 

FEAST IN THE KITCHEN: Learn to create new recipes from around the world with an emphasis on creating dishes from scratch with our master chefs. Make homemade pasta and sauces, neoplotitan pizza, Spanish paella, recipes from France, and learn the nuances of Italian cuisine! Bridgehampton, July 8-12, 5:40-7:30 pm, $95/Per Class

PASTA WORKSHOP

You will learn the secrets to making delicious, artisan Italian pasta from scratch, and create a Bolognese sauce.

NEAPOLITAN PIZZA

Learn to make pizza from scratch using only the finest ingredients. You will learn all of the secrets and subtleties in creating an authentic, Neopolitan pizza.

SPANISH PAELLA

You will learn how to create this famous Spanish dish from Valencia, Spain, favorite known for its golden saffron, fresh seafood, smoky flavors of chorizo, and textured vegetables.

THURSDAY, July 11

PESTO FROM SCRATCH, PASTA & THE ART OF TIRAMISU

Learn to create pesto from scratch using fresh ingredients from our local farms, and enjoy with pasta later in the evening. We will also learn to create tiramisu, step-by-step, so you finish class inspired and knowledgeable!

RUSTIC ITALIAN

Pasta al tonno (sauce with fresh tuna, tomatoes, olives, capers, and more, combined with pasta al dente). Greens from local farms w/shaved fennel, goat cheese, walnuts, aged balsamic.
